David Horton

An advanced personal trainer and nutrition advisor specialising in injury rehabilitation, sports performance coaching  and strength & conditioning, David has a background in competitive sports. Reps level 3 qualified, he has been working in the industry for 8 years, is a Kettlebell, Viper and TRX instructor. David uses a combination of weight and functional training to ensure postural correction, body fat reduction and muscle development, and works with a diverse range of clients from assisting the rehabilitation of senior clients after injury to coaching bodybuilding enthusiasts.


Mandana Horton

A specialist in pre & post natal fitness and women’s health, lifestyle coach and exercise physiologist Mandana has worked as a personal trainer for almost 10 years and holds a BSC in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology and personal training level 4 at premier international. These combined subjects have given her a deep insight into anatomy and physiology, as well as the science and prescription of exercise. Mandana prides herself on her commitment, energy and personable approach, which enable her to be more than just a personal trainer - a trusted life style coach to her clients.
