I totally got off track this halloween with my eating. BUT that's ok because TODAY IS THE NEW DAY !!!!

My morning breakfast today is a GREEN smoothies. 

I made it with 1 stick of celery, half the avocado, half a green apple, 1 table spoon oats, 1 handful of spinach, 1/4 cucumber and 1 small pieces of brocolli.  

It's the best way to clean my body and start fresh. Why don't you try my green smoothie today.
